Campsite drinks usually fall into two camps: “whatever fits in the cooler” or “straight from a dented flask.”

High Camp Flasks aims to raise the bar, offering beautifully made drinkware built for the outdoors but stylish enough to bring to a dinner party.

I’ve been testing two of their stars: the Parkside Flask (750ml), which is basically a portable wine bar, and the Torch Flask (6oz), for liquers.

What each flask is best at:

Parkside Flask 750ml
Parkside Flask 750ml

Parkside Flask 750ml → Made for wine, social hangouts, and looking extremely 'put-together' at a picnic.

Torch Flask → Built for spirits, small-batch cocktails, or a sneaky espresso shot in the morning mist.

Why I like them:

🏕 Parkside Flask (750ml)

  • Fits a full bottle of wine – No need to awkwardly decant or split between containers.
  • Two built-in tumblers – Magnetically snap onto the bottle, so you’re never short on cups.
  • All-day insulation – Wine stayed chilled for hours under direct sun while we set up camp and fired up dinner.
  • Looks the part – Polished stainless steel gives it that “I planned this moment” vibe.

🔥 Torch Flask (6oz)

  • Satisfyingly compact – Slides easily into a jacket pocket or daypack.
  • Removable bottom cap – Easy to fill from the 'wide mouth' bottom (no funnel required) and easy to clean.
  • Magnetic shot glass – Cleverly integrated, so you’re not sipping whiskey out of the bottle - so uncouth!
  • Great for quick sips – Think fireside whiskey sips while recounting tales from the trails.

A couple of things to consider:

  • Parkside Flask is weighty (just over 1.5 lbs empty). Not ideal for long backpacking trips, but perfect for picnics, van life, and chill days at camp.
  • Torch Flask is small – Which is the whole point. It’s a personal flask, not a party flask. Go for the 9oz version if you need a bit more capacity.

Our verdict:

Both of these flasks feel overbuilt in the best way — premium, rugged, and designed with purpose.

DIY Camper Van Build Series: Planning your van conversion
Plan your dream camper van build — from choosing the right vehicle to setting a realistic budget and deciding how you’ll use your van.

The Parkside turns any outdoor meal into a moment, while the Torch is a trusty companion for those little fireside rituals.

They’re not cheap, but neither is good wine or well-aged whiskey — and if you’re the type to appreciate the details, you’ll get your money’s worth every time you use them.
